From direct service to the CEO role
Katha spent eleven years at Partnership Against Domestic Violence in Atlanta, including four as President & CEO. Her work included shelter and housing programs, legal advocacy, therapeutic services, board relationships, and a $6 million capital campaign for a new emergency shelter.
That range gives her a practical view of how a mission moves through a boardroom, a budget, a team, and the day-to-day services people rely on.
